Answers:i will tell u a little of my story and if ur interested u can e-mail me at bellaca41@yahoo.com and if u need a diet buddy i could b ur diet buddy if u want i will reply everyday.ok so when i was 14 i was 152 pounds i decided to lose weight and on that month which was april i lost 23 pounds but i gained some when my colon refilled again so i stood 134 pounds cuz i hitted my weightloss plateu i ate so much i ate muffins b4 going to bed i ate so much mcdonnal sandwiches and fries i never gained a single pound or lost a pound. i stood 134 ponds until this july when i decided 2 lose weight since july1 i started and right now im 119 pounds i hitted my weightloss plateu like a week and half ago so i wanted to breakout my weightloss plateu and i binged the whole week i have pictures of b4 i binged and from yesterday i didnt gain a single pound and i know i broke out of my weightloss plateu cuz i see it everyday my waist got smaller than b4 i binged so im aiming now for 105-110 im 16 years old im 5ft1 and i even have pictures when i was 152 if u want to see them and to know how i lost weight email me and u can see the difference in the pics

I think you could deffinatly loose the weight! No problem! I think just eating healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables! Don't over worry about how fast you loose the weight. You've basically got from september to may... so 8-9 months. You acutally only have to loose like 2.5 pounds a month to hit your goal weight. If you don't stress out about it to much it will make it alot easier. Also maybe just go for a jog ever afternoon or in the mornings. Thats suppose to be the best time. If you don't have access to weights then fill up two empty milk jugs and weigh them on a scale and lift those. (the ones with the handles!! :D) Do crunches, push ups, those kinds of things so that you tone as you loose weight. By xmas i'm sure you could loose more than half even all of it!
