I went on Vacation and i got lazy, obviously I was relaxing, and I didn't workout. When I started working out again this week, my muscles were sore and stiff. What would be the most effective way for me sooth them at home? & No one in my family other than my boyfriend is willing to massage me :) So what do I do? Thanks! :D
Answers:well without the use of drugs you could take a hot bath in epsom salt, it works good for soothing sore muscles
30mg oxycodone HCl every 4-6 hours
