Could this then happen? Everyone needing health procedures (Canada, Britton, Germany, etc) will come for a "vacation", buy health insurance and on the seventh day... they will rest from their labors and have the surgery, procedure etc.. they came to have done before vacation time is over?
Answers:If this provision passed, I can foresee that Dems loses the election in 2010.
Why would the rest of the world who already have civilised health care travel to the US?
