Had a mouse for a few weeks on vacation, should I get a hotel now that I'm back?

First of all...are you sure the mouse is gone? Usually where there is one...there are many more to follow...second the fumes from mouse urine will not kill you.They will not travel to your clothes, but if you are concerned, just wash them in hot water. Clean all the surfaces and wash the sheets. You may want to put out baits if they come back. I know it sounds cruel, but they usually will come back, so if you do not want to deal with it then you have to do something to stop it.
