My kids and I just spent the summer on Kauai...judging by your desires you would be very happy in Hanalei down toward the extreme North end...close to Haeana and Ke'e at the end of Kuhio Hiway where the Na Pali Coast begins...one of our favorite places on earth! Aloha and Enjoy!
